Movie Mania pt. 1

Here is a fun game:

For anyone who has ever considered making a career as a writer in the film industry, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that no matter what your idea is, someone is bound to think it is a good idea. The bad news is, there are so many ridiculous movies out there that it is possible your idea has already been done. Want proof? Alright then, the following are descriptions of some films I have found on Netflix. I went with the Sci-fi/horror genre today since that seems to be the easiest genre to find these things in. These have not been tampered at all. They are litter ally presented word of word.

1) "Pleasure Craft"
The crew of the starship Prometheus receives some mysterious cargo -- three sexy brides-to-be! The women are to be delivered to the leader of the enemy army as a pledge of peace. But these women are too attractive to resist. Now, with enemy attackers knocking on the door, the men must make a tough decision: to keep their pledge or follow their hearts in this sci-fi sex comedy

2) "The Destroyer"
Unable to find any worthy opponents, a rich businessman who just happens to adore kung fu invites a slew of manic martial artists to test his physical worth. After his vicious Golden Blade technique sends every challenger to the Kung Fu Theater in the sky, the businessman's very own trio of high-kicking henchmen make plans to force him into early retirement -- kung fu style!

3) "Evils of the Night"
A trio of aliens visits Earth on a quest for teen flesh, hoping to use it to create a youth serum. To help them with the diabolical scheme, they bribe two dim-bulb mechanics to stalk and kidnap a group of randy adolescents. This sci-fi thriller mixes the slasher-in-the-woods genre with the classic alien invader theme -- and the film is so bad it's good.

4) "Luther The Geek"
As a child, The Freak witnessed what may be the bloodiest act at a carnival -- that of an alcoholic carnie who bites the heads off chickens. Now, that nightmare has become fuel for The Freak's murderous rampages, in which he stalks his victims with sharp, metallic dentures and clucks like a rooster. Just released from prison, he's up to his old tricks again, but this time, his fantasies are much gorier than ever.

5) "Uncle Sam"
He lost his life in a helicopter crash during the Gulf War, but soldier Sam Harper is anything but dead now. Rising from the grave, Sam focuses all his anger and violence on his latest mission: taking out anyone who's crossed the U.S. government -- draft dodgers, flag burners, corrupt corporals, tax cheats and more. The action -- naturally -- takes place on the Fourth of July in this combo anti-war satire/slasher flick.

I am sure there will be more to come later, but this should be enough to suffice for now.

Note: I apologize for the multiple uses of George Bush pictures in this entry, but I have refrained as much as I could up to this point.
